摘    要:为控制大气污染物SO2 和NOx的排放,中海石油炼化有限责任公司惠州炼化分公司在10kt/a废酸再生装置上采用加拿大塞斯妥奥(Cestoil)公司H2O2 -DNS工艺,以H2O2 为氧化剂,以钠碱为吸收剂,对废酸尾气进行了脱硫脱硝侧线中试研究,脱硝采用部分烟气加温激活H2O2 工艺。结果表明,NO转化率为68.5%;采用鼓泡吸收工艺时,NOx 吸收率约为70%;SO2 转化率为97.4%;出口尾气中NOx和SO2 的质量浓度分别为32,14mg/m3,满足新排放标准要求。

Abstract:In order to control the emission of air pollutants SO2 and NOx , HE02 - DNS technology of Cestoil Corporation, Canada was adapted to carry out an on site test for flue gas desulfurization and denitrification with HE O2 as oxidant,NaOH as absorbent by heating and activating H202 in part flue gas in the 10 kt/a waste acid regeneration unit of Huizhou Branch of CNOOC oil & Petrochemical Corporation. The results showed that the conversion of SO2 andNO was 97.4% and 68.5% respectively,the absor bance of NOx was around 70%. The mass concentra tion of NOx and SO2 in flue gas at outlet was 32,14 mg/m3 respectively, which met the need of new standard for SO2 and NOx emission control.
