裂解碳五馏分加氢生产乙烯裂解原料的研究

摘    要:为利用裂解碳五(C5)馏分作为乙烯裂解装置的原料,先将裂解C5馏分掺入到裂解汽油中,然后进行两段加氢处理,最后从二段加氢产物中切割出C5馏分。1000 h稳定实验结果表明,一、二段加氢产物均能满足裂解汽油加氢装置的指标要求;从二段加氢产物中切割出C5馏分中不饱和烃的质量分数仅为0.38%,可满足乙烯裂解装置对原料的要求;剩余加氢裂解汽油质量可满足芳烃抽提装置的原料要求。

Study on hydrogenation of pyrolysis Cs fraction for ethylene pyrolysis feed

Abstract:In order to utilize pyrolysis C5 fraction as ethylene pyrolysis feed,the Cs fraction was mixed with pyrolysis gasoline and hydrogenated (two stage hydrogenation), and then the hydrogenated Cs frac tion was cut from the 2nd stage hydrogenation pro ducts. The evaluation results for 1 000 h stability showed that both the 1st and the 2nd stage hydrogena tion products satisfied the specification requirementof pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation. The mass frac tion of unsaturated hydrocarbons in C5 fraction cut from products of the 2nd stage hydrogenation was only 0.38%, which could meet the needs of pyrolysis feed. And the hydrogenated pyrolysis gasoline could be used as the feed of aromatics extraction.
