合成橡胶污水深度处理中超滤膜的阻塞及功能恢复

摘    要:分析了超滤膜在丁苯橡胶污水深度处理中出现阻塞的原因并提出了应对措施。结果表明,超滤膜是被可溶性低聚物、生物黏泥和无机药剂聚合物综合污染而阻塞的,水质特性复杂、预处理不完善及杀菌措施不完善是导致膜污染的主要原因;优化处理工艺、调整化学清洗方案和实施技术改造措施后,超滤压力小于0.15 MPa,超滤产水的浊度小于3 NTU,化学需氧量小于30 mg/L。

Blocking and functional recovery of ultrafiltration membrane in deep treatment of synthetic rubber waste water

Abstract:The blocking cause of ulrafiltration membrane in a deep treatment of styrene butadiene rubber waste water was searched, and the corre sponding measures were proposed. The results showed that the ultrafihration membrane was blocked by the comprehensive pollution of soluble oligomer, biologi cal sludge and inorganic polymer agents, and the pol lution and blocking of the membrane were attributed to the complicate water quality,defective pretreatmentand incomplete sterilization. By optimizing process condition, regulating chemical cleaning program and performirlg technical revamping, the ultrafiltration pressure decreased to less than 0.15 MPa,the turbid ity of ultrafiltrated water less than 3 NTU, and COD less than 30 mg/L.
