水库旱限水位分期确定的研究

水资源是人类生产生活的最关键资源，水资源短缺往往引发干旱灾害，为应对日益频繁的干旱问题，确保生产、生活等正常进行，国家确立了旱限水位确定的方法和标准，用以对干旱灾害的预警。国家确定旱限水位确定方法和标准是科学的，但全年使用单一的旱限水位存在着不利于应对变化中的水资源的利用。在旱限水位确定方法和标准的前提下，对水库分期确定旱限水位，会解决全年使用单一旱限水位确定不利于应对变化中水资源利用的问题。水库旱限水位分期确定的具体方法是，首先要对水库划分出旱限水位控制时段的分期，然后针对旱限水位控制时段的分期再进行各分期旱限水位的确定。

Water is the most critical resource for human life and production, and water shortages are often caused by drought.In response to increasingly frequent droughts, our state establishes the methods and criteria to determine the drought limit level for early warning of droughts to ensure the production and living normal. Although the drought limit level determination methods and standards are scientific,using the single drought limit level is not conducive to respond to the changes in the use of water resources. Under drought limit level determination methods and standards premise, the drought limit level is determined for staging reservoir,the above problem will be solved.At first,the phases of the reservoir water drought limit control period is divided, then each installment drought limit level is determined for the drought limit level control staging periods.
