新能源汽车试验台测控系统研究与开发

摘    要:以LabVIEW8.2和D2P为平台开发测试软件,辅以测功机、工控机、数据采集卡、电机控制器等硬件设备设计新能源汽车试验台。针对试验台的特点,开发了一套基于LabVIEW的实时在线多通道数据采集分析系统,结合D2P Moto-Hawk开发平台,实现试验平台的电控。最终开发的测控系统能够实现试验台的动态监测、故障报警与关键部件的控制。通过台架试验,证明系统可以稳定可靠运行,具有很强的实用性,为新能源汽车的部件试验和整车试验提供了可靠的平台。

Research and Development on the Measurement and Control System of New Energy Vehicles Test Bench

Abstract:Taking LabVIEW 8.2 and D2P as platform to design test soft,adding up with dynamometer,industrial com-puter, data collection card, motor controller and some other hardware, the test bench of new energy vehicles is de-signed. To aim at the characteristics of the test bench,in this paper,a real-time online monitoring multi-channel data acquisition and anlysis system based on LabVIEW software is developed,the electronic control of test platform is real-ized by combining with D2P MotoHawk development platform. The dynamic monitoring and the corresponding alarm and the control of main components of the test bench is realized. In this paper,some technological tests about the mea-surement and control system are made. These tests proved that the system can run stably and reliably and have a strong practical applicability. The finished work can provide reliable paltform for the new energy vehicles components performance test and the whole vehicle performance test.
