基于展开式望远镜的次镜调整结构设计

摘    要:次镜作为展开式望远镜系统的重要光学组成部分,其位置姿态精度直接影响着成像质量的优劣;针对展开式望远镜系统次镜的五自由度位姿调整性能及精度要求,设计了一套由二自由度调节平台与三自由度倾斜调节机构组成的五自由度调整机构,将压电驱动下的柔性微动机构应用于对次镜XY向的精密调节之中;利用理论建模与有限元工程分析相结合的研究方法对压电精密驱动柔性平台动态驱动特性、承载性能进行分析;结果表明,所设计的五自由度调整平台能够满足次镜所需调节精度要求,具有实际意义。

Abstract:The secondary mirror is one of the most important part of deployable telescope,It’s position precision direct-ly affects the image quality,according to the requirement of performance and precision of five DOF adjustment mecha-nism of secondary mirror of telescope system.In this paper, five-degree of freedom adjustment mechanism is designed consisting of two degree of freedom adjusting platform and three degree of freedom mechanism which is used to adjust tilt.Fine flexible platform being driven by PZT is used to XY precision adjustment of secondary mirror,dynamic char-acteristics and bearing characteristics of flexible platform being driven by PZT is analyzed according to using research method of combination of theory modeling and finite element analysis.The results showed that the designed adjustment mechanism can meet the adjustment precision requirement of secondary mirror and have practical significance.
