由试验推算燃气流冲击力

摘    要:通过测量火箭弹发射状态下,发射装置受燃气流动的冲击时支腿和俯仰油缸的受力变化,运用支腿受力计算公式计算在某一设定的燃气流冲击力作用下支腿的受力值,与试验值相比较,如果两者差值在规定的精度范围内,则认为该设定的燃气流冲力,即为作用到发射装置上的燃气流冲击力;运用能量守恒原理,利用测得的俯仰油缸冲击力增量,导出俯仰系统的扰动角速度,进而推算出燃气流的冲击力。

Abstract:The force variation applied to legs and pitch oil cylinder as launcher impacted by combustion gas flow is measured when rocket projectile is launched,and the force value applied to legs as launcher impacted by a given combustion gas flow is calculated by use of computation formula of force applied to legs. Comparing the force value measured in test with the force value calculated under a given combustion gas flow,the given combustion gas impulsive force can be considered as the impulsive force applied to the launcher when both the values are within the given limit of accuracy.Based on the conservation of energy theorem and by use of the increment of impulsive force applied to pitch oil cylinder, the perturbation angular velocity of pitch system can be derived, and then the impulsive force of the combustion gas flow can be calculated.
