摘    要:水玻璃在高温下不仅能自身形成凝胶,与高矿化度地层水作用能产生大量沉淀,有效封堵地层中的大孔道,并且可以形成高粘物质,增加水的粘度,减小水油流度比。水玻璃与原油的活性成分产生的表面活性物质,可降低油水界面张力,从而提高洗油效率。岩心物理模拟结果表明,水玻璃在高温、高矿化度下易进入地层,有较好的封堵效果和驱油效果。

Abstract:It is found that water glass can not only form gel itself in high temperature and produce abundant sediments with the interaction of high salinity formation water, which can control injection profile through better plugging; but also form substance with high viscosity, increase water viscosity and decrease mobility ratio between oil and water. With the interaction with active components of crude oil, water glass can produce surface- active substance, which can lower interfacial tension of oil and water and has good oil displacement efficiency. The results from drilling core physical simulation show that water glass can easily leak into formation and has preferable profile control and oil displacement ability under high temperature and high salinity.
