| 摘 要： | 本文以欧洲大型项目为研究对象。介绍了大型项目的由来、定义，剖析了1980年代后大型项目在欧洲大量兴起的原因，总结了大型项目内在的共同机制及其对城市发展的影响，希冀通过对国外大型项目的经验总结对国内大型项目开发提供借鉴。
