摘    要:流程考察和工艺试验研究结果表明,在-74μm含量75%的较粗磨矿细度下提高处理能力,适当的浸出时间,可以达到最佳的浸出效果,同时可获得较好的浮选指标,从而提高金的回收率。改造完成后的选矿厂处理能力由原来的400t/d提高到500 t/d,选矿回收率由原来的81.06%提高到85.80%,吨矿综合成本下降了22.05元,创造了较好的经济效益。

Study on Preliminary Design of Reconstruction and Expansion of Dongwan Dressing Plant

Abstract:Flowsheet investigation and process test show that under the relatively coarse grinding fineness with-74 μm occupying 75% and with the leaching time modified accordingly,the optimal leaching result and better flotation indexes can be obtained.After reconstruction,the processing capacity is increased from 400 t/d to 500 t/d,the recovery rate is improved from 81.06% to 85.80% and the overall cost per ton is lowered by 22.05 yuan RMB.Good economic benefits are achieved.
