| 摘 要： | 蓝光制网采用较大功率近紫外半导体激光技术,是创新的印花制网技术.通过分析和对比传统感光法制网、喷蜡制网、喷墨制网、激光雕刻(刻蚀)制网几种主要的圆网制网技术,指出蓝光制网技术具有精度高、不失真、制网速度快、自动化程度高、能量利用率高、制网成本低等特点.

| Abstract: | Blu-ray direct screen making technique and its features are described.Various screen making techniques are compared,such as traditional printing screen making by photochemical process,wax jet engraving,ink jet screen engraving and laser engraving.It is pointed out that blu-ray direct screen making technique is an innovation way with advantages of high precision,high accuracy,high speed,simple operation,high automation,high energy efficiency and low cost. |
