| 摘 要： | 高压辊磨机是基于层压粉碎原理开发出的新型粉磨设备。针对设备在应用中暴露出来的问题,设备生产厂家主要对设备的给料装置、辊面、轴承、液压系统、机架、监控系统等进行了改进和优化。其在矿石碎磨工艺中的应用主要是用于第三段破碎(或细碎)、第四段破碎(或超细碎)以及自磨流程中的顽石破碎。从高压辊磨技术理论、高压辊磨设备的发展以及高压辊磨机在选矿碎磨工艺流程中的应用三个方面综述高压辊磨设备及其应用的进展情况,分析高压辊磨设备的改进方向及其在碎磨工艺中的应用前景。
