摘 要: | 根据多年对水力旋流器自动控制的实践经验,从水力旋流器溢流粒度模型出发,逐步对水力旋流器生产过程中相关变量进行分析,对相关闭环控制进行整合,分析出具体控制方法,并结合模糊控制方法,对这些变量进行过程控制,从而达到控制旋流器溢流粒度目的,最大发挥水力旋流器的最佳潜能以得到最佳经济效益,并减轻工人的劳动强度。
