软岩巷道掘进支护方法研究

摘    要:针对塘子凹矿区软岩巷道的变形破坏特征,提出了软岩巷道支护与加固的技术措施和施工方法.采用有限元软件对花岗岩中巷道掘进过程中围岩的应力、塑性区及安全率进行了模拟分析.模拟结果表明:锚杆长度为1.8m,间排距为0.75 m×l.0 m,喷射混凝土厚度为10 cm时,采用反拱形式浇灌底板是比较经济、合理的施工方案.该方法有效...

Abstract:Based on the deformation and failure characteristics of soft rock roadway of Tangziao Mine,the support system and construction technology is proposed.The wall rock stress,plastic zone and safety rate of granite roadway are studied by using the software of three dimensional finite elements in process of tunneling.The simulation result shows that when bolt length is 1.8 m,distance between rows is 0.75 m × 1.0 m,concrete thickness is 10 cm,and the construction plan that pouring floor by reverse arch is more economical and reasonable.Roadway is effectively controlled,and satisfactory support effect is obtained.It also can provide some references for other soft rock roadway support designs.
