摘    要:针对浮选工艺复杂,多变量耦合、非线性强,难以控制的特点,浮选智能专家优化系统利用预测控制(MPC)技术,对浮选系统建模,预测系统的变化及扰动对浮选的影响,适时调整控制策略,优化浮选系统控制,保证浮选系统运行稳定,提高精矿品位,降低浮选药剂量,提高精矿的回收率。

Abstract:Concerning the characteristics of flotation process,such as complexity,multi-variable coupled,nonlinear and difficult to control,predictive control(MPC) technology is introduced to intelligent expert system of flotation.The flotation process is modeled to predict changes in the system and the impact of disturbance.The control strategy is adjusted to optimize flotation system control,ensure stable operation and improve concentrate grade and reduce the dosage of agents,thus increase the recovery rate of conce...
