摘    要:回转窑-电炉法(RKEF)是国内外处理红土镍矿先进的工艺方法。通过对回转窑-电炉法处理镍红土矿过程中回转窑烟尘产生机理的研究,以及烟尘产生的控制和烟尘制粒回收的一系列中试试验,得出减少回转窑设备烟尘逸出的有效方法及烟尘回收利用的方法。

Abstract:Production of ferronickel from laterites has predominantly been achieved using the Rotary Kiln-Electric Furnance(RKEF) process.This paper review the effective measures to reduce dust from rotary kiln and recycle it by researching formation mechanism of dust,according to a series of metallurgical tests of Control of Moisture Level in the Nickel Laterite Dried and Pelletizing of the dryer dust during the Rotary Kiln-Electric Furnance(RKEF) process for ferronickel from laterites.
