| 摘 要： | 320 m3充气机械搅拌式浮选机是我国目前单槽容积最大的浮选设备,本文介绍了大型浮选机的结构特点、动力学试验和工业试验情况,试验表明浮选机搅拌力强,槽内矿粒分布均匀,浮选机单台富集比铜达20.62,硫达71.44,功耗较国外同类型浮选机节省5.88%。该浮选机的成功研制标志着我国完全掌握了浮选设备大型化关键技术。
