摘    要:针对云锡选矿生产过程中微细金属矿物微粒在固液分离过程中的流失的现状,采用刚性高分子精密微孔过滤机新型过滤技术过滤浓密机溢流水。试验结果与生产实践表明,可回收原来浓密机无法捕获的有价金属的细粒矿物,既回收资源,又减少环境污染。

Abstract:The rigid polymer microporous precise filtering technology is applied to filter the overflow of the thickeners according to the poor status of the micro-fine metal mineral in solid-liquid separation of Yunnan Tin Corporation.The results of the experiments and production practice show that the fine metal mineral cannot be recovered previously in the mineral processing production by thickener can be recovered,which realizes higher resources recovery and less environmental pollution.
