| 摘 要： | 在传统的浆染联合机上,采用中低温型分散染料和硫化黑等,在助染剂YNP和浆料的作用下,连续完成涤、棉两种纤维组分的上染过程.通过调整助剂用量和补液流量,使染得的涤棉纱线得色量、匀染性和色牢度均符合牛仔布生产要求.

| Abstract: | Dyeing of polyester/cotton yarns is carried out on traditional sizing-dyeing machine with mid-low energy disperse dyes and Sulphur Black assisted with dyeing carrier YNP and sizing agent.The color yield,levelness and fastness of the dyeings can meet the requirements of denim yarns by controlling auxiliaries dosage and feeding liquor. |
