| 摘 要： | 试验采用新型无铅组合活化剂"TA+硫酸"替代硝酸铅作为锑矿物的活化剂,匹配组合捕收剂"DA+SN+25号黑药"对锑矿物进行浮选,获得了很好的指标。锑精矿品位50.15%,锑回收率达93.48%,锑精矿中铅含量仅为0.066%,锑的回收率比传统硝酸铅法锑回收率提高3%,锑精矿含铅降低了40%。新工艺为锑浮选提供了新的技术支持。 |

| Abstract: | The experiment adopts a new lead-free composite activatorTA + sulfuric acid replacing the lead nitrate to activate stibium ore,together with a composite reagentDA+SN+Dithiophosphate 25 as the collector of stibium,to separate stibium by flotation.As the result,better indexes are achieved to obtain a stibium concentrate with a grade of 50.15%,a stibium recovery of 93.48%,the content of lead falling to only 0.066%.In comparison with the traditional lead nitrate method,the stibium recovery is increased by 3% an... |
