| 摘 要： | 介绍了SABC破磨工艺流程,讨论了SABC破磨工艺流程中碎钢球的去除方法,介绍了MA-2211型磁力弧的工作原理、结构特点和主要性能指标,并给出成功应用实例。结果表明,在半自磨机或球磨机出料端增设磁力弧可有效去除碎钢球,避免圆锥破碎机"过铁",使砂泵及旋流器的使用寿命延长一倍,破磨系统生产能力提高3%～5%,能耗降低5%～8%。 |

| Abstract: | The SABC(SAG/Ball mill/Crushing)crushing and grinding process is presented in this paper.The method for eliminating broken steel balls is discussed,and the working principle,structure and main performance data of the key equipment based on this process are pointed out.And several successful application examples of this method are listed.The results show that the magnetic arc added in the semi-self mill or mill can remove the broken steel ball,which will avoid the breakage of cone crusher,prolong the operati... |
