摘    要:本文分析探讨了铜合金管材原始表面皮膜对耐蚀性的影响,提出了为防止海水淡化装置用铜合金管材加工过程中形成表面皮膜的研制工艺。实践证明,该研制工艺先进、新颖、独特,具有节能环保、自动化程度高、低投入高产出,适合于规模化工业生产等特点。该研制工艺"在产品的制造工艺上有创新,技术处于国际领先地位"。

Abstract:In this paper,effects of original surface films in the copper alloy tubes on its corrosion resistance are discussed. A new process which keeps off formation of surface films during the preparation of copper alloy tubes are studied and developed. This process has the merits of energy saving,environmental protection,low-input and high-yield. Also,it is suitable for the industry production of tubes. Such process has some innovation and its technology takes the international leadership.
