摘    要:阐述了快速置换加热系统的发展背景,设备装置,操作程序,采用后的效果和应用条件。此种装置,在保证纸浆强度的前提下,不仅可以大量节省制浆用汽,而且可以减少喷放时排入大气的硫化物及漂白废水的BOD、COD负荷。

Abstract:The Rapid Displacement Heating(RDH)system has been developed recently in digester both for kraft and sulfite pulping processes. Practical experiences of several installation of RDH system in the mills show that steam and chemical consumption for pulping and bleaching were saved dramatically, pulp properties and liquor extraction operation were improved,BOD and COD load in bleaching effluent and TSR emission were reduced in comparison to the conventional batch cooking. The theory,equipment, operation and application of the system are discussed in this paper.
