半纤维素酶和木素酶用于KP浆漂白的探索

摘    要:对6种不同的酶与氧和过氧化氢相结合进行了硫酸盐浆漂白的探索。结果表明,木聚糖酶中An76对桉木,GCl对蔗渣漂白效果最好,木素酶中PC14对2种原料的漂白效果都较好。通过酶处理可提高纸浆的可漂性,而粘度降低较小。

Abstract:Bleaching of kraft pulps with six different enzymes(three xylanases, three ligninases)combining with oxygen and hydrogen peroxide was studied.It was shown that the ligninase PC14 had a better bleaching effect on both eucalyptus and bagasse pulps, and the hemicellulose An76 and GC1 had the best bleaching effect on eucalyptus pulp and bagasse pulp respectively. The results also indicated that enzymes pretreatment can improve the bleachability of the pulp while the viscosity decreases slightly.
