气质联用法检测纺织品中的4-氨基偶氮苯

摘    要:文章将纺织品中一般禁用偶氮染料的检测方法与4-氨基偶氮苯的标准实验方法结合,运用气质联用法定性,内标法定量,建立了检测4-氨基偶氮苯的一种方法。结果表明,4-氨基偶氮苯与内标蒽-d10的分离度好,峰型好。在5~50 mg/L浓度范围内,4-氨基偶氮苯呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9992。将所建立的方法运用于纺织品样品分析,并以加标回收实验验证了其实用性,平均回收率大于86%,表明方法准确、可靠。

Abstract:Combined generally banned azo detection and the standard method of 4-aminoazobenzene, a determination of 4-aminoazobenzene was developed by using GC/MS for qualitative and internal standard method for quantitative testing. The result showed that, 4-aminoazobenzene and the internal standard substance anthracene-d10 were separated well. A good linear relationship was obtained over the concentration of 4-aminoazobenzene in the range of 5-50 mg/L, with the correlation coefficient of 0.9992. The method was applied to the textile sample analysis, and the recovery experiments showed that the average recoveries were not less than 86 %. The method was accurate and reliable.
