| 摘 要： | 结合中海石油惠州炼油分公司的设备运行情况,提出建立以专业人员为核心,以现场设备运行和点检人员为基础的二级监测诊断网络系统。通过监测诊断网络系统掌握了设备运行情况,采用状态维修和改良性计划维修并举进行的维修方式,实现了设备可靠性的改善和设备缺陷的及时发现,避免设备事故的发生,为设备长周期运行和经济维修提供技术支持。

| Abstract: | Combined with the equipment running condition in CNOOC Huizhou refinery,a two-layer monitoring system was put forward which is based on the spot inspection and maintenance personnel with the professional as the core.
