摘    要:用高强度T-700碳纤维作为发热体,采用独特的高温固化技术,研制成功了一种新型无芯体碳纤维红外电热辐射管,该辐射管与有支撑芯的碳纤维电热元件相比,具有设计形状灵活,热响应时间短,红外辐射特性优良,易于实现大功率加热管设计等特点,可广泛用于工业加热、食品烘烤、民用取暖等领域。

Abstract:A new type no-supporting-core carbon fiber infrared electric heating radiator was developed in this paper. The radiator use highstrength T-700 carbon fiber as its heater with unique high temperature solidification technology. Compared with supporting-core electric hea-ting radiator, the new type radiator has many advantages, which are flexible in aspects of size design, power design. Its unique propertiesof short thermal response time and strong infrared radiation property are very convenient to design high-power heating radiator. This new radi-ator can be widely used in industrial calefaction, food oven, family warming etc.
