| 摘 要： | 介绍了打浆度的软测量技术及应用S7－200PLC实现其控制的方法，在分析影响打浆度的因素的前提下，提出了软测量的思路及方法，给出了具体的系统组成及系统软件，该系统在多家纸厂使用，收到令人满意的效果，有一定的推广价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we introduce the soft measurement technology and the approach to control it with S7-200. We will analyze the factors, which affect pulp beating degree and present the approach to the soft measurement. The system configuration and system software in S7-PLC will also be given. The system has been utilized in several Papermaking factory and acquired fine economic benefits. |
