摘    要:循环流化床锅炉的运行中,尾部烟道过热器的热交换能力对锅炉效率的提升起着重要作用,而尾部烟道积灰是影响热交换能力的重要原因.如过热器积灰严重,将使锅炉主蒸汽温度低于额定值,针对积灰严重的实际情况,通过增加燃气高能脉冲吹灰装置消除积灰,提高了主蒸汽温度及汽包进水温度,

Abstract:In the operation of circulation fluidized-bed boiler,the heat exchange of the terminal flue of the superheater plays a very important role in improving the efficieney of the boiler.Ash gathering at the terminal flue is an important reason to affect the efficiency of heat exchange.If there is serious ash gathering,the temperature of the major steam will be lower than the rated value in the boiler.The additional gas pulse sootblower with high energy has cleared up the gathering ash and raised the temperature of both major steam and inlet water in the drum.
