液态烷基化二苯胺抗氧剂的研究

摘    要:以二苯胺和C8烯烃为原料,通过烷基化反应,合成了液态烷基化二苯胺抗氧剂(T534)。运用IR、FD/MS、GC等分析方法对合成产物结构进行了表征,并考察了其热稳定性及热氧化性能。结果表明,T534抗氧剂具有热安定性好、高温抗氧化能力突出的特点。用0.4%T534调配的10W/40SH级油和10W/40CF-4级油通过了全部的发动机台架评定试验。

Abstract:A phosphorus free and ashless antioxidant, T534, was synthesized by alkylation of diphenylamine and C_8-olefins. The composition and structure of T534 antioxidant was analyzed by FT-IR, FD/MS, GC.The thermal stability and anti-oxidation performance of this additive were investigated with various oxidation evaluation methods.The laboratory bench test and engine test results indicated that T534 antioxidant possessed good oil solubility, high thermal stability and excellent anti-oxidation performance at high temperature.10W/40 SH gasoline engine oil with additive package containing 0.4% of said antioxidant and 10W/40 CF-4 diesel engine oil with CF-4 additive package containing 0.4% of said antioxidant passed all the related engine test standards.
