综放支架支护强度与煤层采出厚度关系的研究

摘    要:基于厚煤层综放开采过程中,支护强度1.0 MPa以上的强力支架出现支架压死、立柱损坏等矿压显现强烈情况,分析了综放支架支护强度确定方法存在的问题,给出了厚煤层适宜的支架支护强度确定方法.采用数值模拟方法研究了综放支架支护强度与煤层采出厚度之间的关系,结果表明支架支护强度与煤层厚度成正相关关系,当煤层厚度达到一定极限后,受支架支护强度不能无限增大的限制,需要进行分层开采.
