| 摘 要： | 钻井甲方手册计算机设计系统，是以中国石油天然气总公司组织编撰的《钻井手册（甲方）》为蓝本，在微型计算机上开发的一系列钻井工程设计软件。它在实行石油钻井甲、乙方制度中具有条例性与规范性，能减轻钻井工程设计人员的工作量、提高设计水平和工作效率；在全国几个油田推广使用后，取得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The system is a series of drilling engineering design softwares suited to microcomputers developed on the bases of Drilling Manual (The First Party)promulgated by CNPC, which is of rules and standardizations when the ragulations of two petroleum drillingparties (the 1st and 2nd one) implemented. It also cancut down the work load for drilling engineering designers and improve design precision and work efficiency.After applied in some oilfields in China, the systemhas obtained better benefits. |
