| Abstract: | Sodium and potassium play important physiological roles in the human body, and it is harmful to humans when they are in excessive intake or deficiency. This paper introduces the role of the sodium and potassium in detail and meanwhile, it also focus on introducing the significance of taking low sodium salt and the scientific taking methods and the suitable crowd for the pubcility and promotion of the low sodium salt. |
