| 摘 要： | 规划水资源论证是水资源论证工作的新领域,是从流域或区域层面协调规划与水资源条件适应性的重要手段。结合近两年各地开展的规划水资源论证试点探索,总结了试点工作取得的经验;针对当前规划水资源论证工作存在的若干问题,提出了加快推进规划水资源论证工作的措施建议。

| Abstract: | Water resources evaluation in planning is a new area and is a kind of means adapting to water resources. This paper analyzes the connotation and main contents about water resources evaluation in planning, and sums up some experiences through pilot projects. In light of a number of problems about water resources evaluation in planning, some relevant measures are given, such as formulating relevant technical specifications, establishing the system concerning laws and regulations, reinforcing the construction of talents, and so on. |
