带钢表面黑斑缺陷分析

摘    要:采用扫描电镜及能谱等手段对热轧带钢和冷轧带钢表面产生黑斑的原因进行了分析。结果表明:酸洗热轧带钢表面黑斑主要是氧化铁,冷轧带钢表面黑斑主要是热轧带钢氧化铁经退火后被还原产生的还原铁。

Abstract:The reason of blackspots on the surface of hot rolling and cold rolling strip steel was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum.The results showed that the blackspots on pickling hot rolling strip steel surface were mainly iron oxide,the blackspots on cold rolling strip steel surface were iron deoxidized from iron oxide on hot rolling strip steel surface.
