摘    要:研究了微量元素对 Cu - 15 Ni - 13 Mn - 28 Zn 弹性合金疲劳性能的影响。结果表明: 添加微量元素①0 .1 Ti+ 0 .1 Zr + 0 .187 Al + 0 .013 Ce + 0 .24 Fe + 0 .1 B; ②0 .04 Ce + 0 .003 B;③0 .5 Ti;④0 .5 Zr( w/ % ) 可提高合金的低周疲劳寿命。以②形式添加,效果较显著。断口分析表明,合金低周疲劳断口的主要特征是平行的条纹及韧窝。

Abstract:Effects of trace elements on the low-cycle fatigue properities of Cu-15Ni-13Mn-28Zn elastic alloy have been investigated. The fatigue fracture and fatigue crack were observed using SEM. The results showed that adding (1)0.187Al+0.013Ce+0.24Fe+0.1B+0.1Ti+0.1Zr (2)0.04Ce+0.003B (3)0.5Ti (4)0.5Zr improved the low-cycle fatigue life. And adding(2) is most effective. The chief character of fracture is fatigue striation and dimple.
