摘    要:钛/钢复合板在爆炸焊接工艺中四周边角被撕裂现象严重,是爆炸焊接钛/钢复合板的难点之一。运用爆轰波的形成原理,从力学角度分析,论证了钛/钢复合板四周边角被撕裂的主要原因,指出了四周边角被撕裂是由F2分力所致。

Abstract:Clad plate, which is made of titanium/steel, is tore in the edge of the plate during the process of explosives welding. It is one of main problems to produce the titanium/steel clad plate. The main reason caused of this problems has been analyzed by using mechanics and demonstrated in this article. It point out that the problems caused by component of force F2, according to the theory of burst waves came in being.
