吸水膨胀型软质聚氯乙烯/ 羧甲基纤维素共混物的研究

摘    要:采用扫描电子显微镜等仪器测试并研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)/羧甲基纤维素(CMC)共混物的结构与性能。结果表明:随着吸水树脂含量的增加,共混物的吸水率和体积膨胀率增大,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降低;随着水浸泡时间的增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降低;吸水后PVC/CMC共混物中CMC分散相粒径明显增大,与基体树脂界面相互作用下降。

Abstract:It studied and tested the morphology and properties of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) / carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) blends by means of SEM.The results showed that the water absorption and volume expansion ratio of PVC/CMC blends increase with the increase in CMC content,but the tensile strength and elongation at break of PVC/CMC blends decrease.With the increasing of the dipping time in water,the tensile strength and elongation at break also decrease.After water being absorbed,the particles sizes of dispersed phase of CMC in PVC/CMC blends obviously increase,and the interfacial interactions between CMC and base resin reduce.
