换热设备用不锈钢材料腐蚀失效分析

摘    要:用能量散射能谱(EDS)、金相分析和化学分析等手段,对换热器用的1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢材料的腐蚀失效行为进行了分析.结果表明,换热器用1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的腐蚀失效主要由不锈钢晶间的碳化物析出、环境介质中氯离子含量过高及残余应力所引起.

Abstract:The corrosion-induced failure behavior of stainless steel used in a heat-exchanger equipment was analysized by various methods including Energy Dispersive Spectrometry(EDS),optical microscopy and chemical composition analysis.The results showed that the failure is induced mainly by the intergranular precipitation of carbides,the high content of chloride ion in the medium as well as the residual stress of the steel component.
