| 摘 要： | 对环丁砜芳烃抽提生产装置进行了模拟计算,并对扩产后的设备能力进行了核算,为芳烃生产扩产改造提供了依据。采用三环节方法对装置的用能情况进行了分析,为以后的节能工作指明了改进方向。

| Abstract: | With expanding of ethene throughput, it is necessary to expand and rebuild the sulfolane-aromatics extraction set. Simulation and analysis were implemented for sulfolane-aromatics extraction process in this paper. The capability of expanded extraction set has been proofread, which provides the good foundation for expansion and rebuilding in the aromatics production. Energy analysis for extraction set was also carried through with three-link method, which designates the direction of energy saving study in the future. |
