基于虚拟样机的刚性体过山车与柔性连接件过山车的动力学仿真比较

为了提高机械系统虚拟样机仿真精度,将柔性体连接件替换刚性体连接件,建立柔性体连接件的过山车虚拟样机模型.进行了刚性体过山车模型与柔性体连接件过山车模型的仿真比较,获得了连接件变形量、速度、加速度、连接件约束力以及节点应力的分析结果.证明了柔性体连接件在变形与受力上仿真精度高于刚性体连接件.
