摘    要:某高校餐饮中心建筑面积5450m2,为混凝土框架结构。装修前发现主体结构整体倾斜且沉降速率较大,经分析系由勘察、荷载差异、施工回填土不密实、场地支护桩侧向位移等原因引起。采用混凝土托换桩支撑的加固方案,解决了竖向不均匀沉降问题,加固后至今未发生其他变形。

Abstract:The dining hall of a college adopts concrete frame structure,covering a building area of 5,450 m2.Before decoration,it is found that the integral inclination and settlement rate of the main structure are relatively great.It is analyzed that these problems are caused by exploration,load difference,uncompacted construction backfilling,lateral displacement of field supporting piles,etc.Underpinned concrete pile reinforcing scheme is adopted to successfully solve the nonuniform longitudinal settlement.There is ...
