聚丙烯纤维对砂浆抗渗性能的影响

摘    要:为改善砂浆的抗渗性能,在砂浆中掺适量聚丙烯纤维并测试纤维掺量对砂浆硬化体抗折硬度、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和渗透高度的影响,结果表明,适量聚丙烯纤维可有效改善砂浆硬化体的抗渗性能,其原因一是聚丙烯纤维可以有效降低砂浆硬化体的应力集中程度,抑制裂缝发展;二是聚丙烯纤维能有效阻止砂浆表面失水和体积收缩从而抑制了砂浆表面裂缝的出现。

Abstract:Some polypropylene fiber was added in mortar for improving its impermeability;and the flexural compressive,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and permeation height of the hardened mortar were tested.The result showed that some polypropylene fiber could obviously improved the impermeability of hardened mortat because it could decrease the Stress Concentration on crack tip-and inhabit the further development of the cracks,and that some polypropylene fiber could effectively restrained the plastic ...
