| 摘 要： | 对吊钩的参数化设计进行了研究,并通过对脱挂梁吊钩运动过程的分析,建立了吊钩摆角随齿条位移变化的函数关系,用C 编制了脱挂梁吊钩包络图的参数化程序,并利用VisualLISP作为接口,实现了脱挂梁包络图的自动绘制。试验表明可以大大缩短脱挂梁设计周期,在水利工程机械设计中有较大的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the hook parameterization design and the kinetic analysis of the lifting beam hook, the function relation between the hook rotation angle and the rack displacement is established and a C parameterization program is developed. Using VisualLISP as the interface, the program realizes the automatic drawing of the hook envelope diagram. The test shows that the design cycle of the lifting beam can be shortened greatly by using the program. Consequently, the program is of great application value in the design of the water conservancy machinery. |
