| 摘 要： | 本文比较了新疆地区广泛使用的维吾尔,哈萨克,柯尔克孜等少数民族语言与汉语在计算机输入处理方面的差异。分析了SCIM(SmartCommonInputMethod)的设计结构和工作原理,在此基础上提出了一个符合这两种不同语言体系书写规范的基于SCIM的输入法系统设计,并给予了实现。这种方案具有开放性,普通适用性和混合输入多种文字的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper outlines the differences between the Chinese and minority language of Uighur, Kazak, and Kirgiz that are generally used in the region of Xinjiang. In this paper, Has analyzed SCIM (Smart Common Input Method) design structure and principle of work, a project of SCIM input method system which complies with writing rules of these two different phylum's is designed and realized. This project has some advantages of openness, availability and blending input of many languages. |
