| 摘 要： | 通过对冷弯异型管生产工艺分析，运用COPRA软件给出了合理的由圆管经过辊弯后的变形图。在轧辊配置过程中，采用8架一次成型，主要变形部分分配在水平辊上，对四辊中水平辊的灵活设计，以及合理选择辊径，增加辅助矫直，使产品达到预想效果。

| Abstract: | Through production procedure analysis to cold bend rectangular pipe,it is given out reasonable transfiguration drawing by cold bending the roundpipe with COPRA software.During the equip of rolling rollers,to adopt 8 rollers once forming and assign the main transfiguration part on the horizontal rollers with the flexible design to the horizontal roller among the four roller,reasonable selection of roller size and increase auxiliary straighten to make the product to obtain the prefigure effect. |
