热再生对石英砂工艺性能的影响

摘    要:对4种产地石英砂的发气性能、容重、粒度、抗拉强度及其受热再生作用的影响规律进行实验研究,证实石英砂的上述工艺性能因产地不同而不同,且随热再生次数的增加,上述工艺性能具有一定的变化规律.这些规律表明热再生对石英砂的主要工艺性能不仅不会产生负面影响,且会更有利于提高产品品质,为热法再生技术的应用提供可靠的技术依据.

Abstract:The gas evolution capacity, proportion of gravity to volume, grain size and tensile strength from four sources, and the influence of thermal method of reclamation on them have been examined. It has been concluded that the above-mentioned technological properties differ with different sources and the changing rule of the properties varies with reclamation times. It has been proved that high-temperature baking has no negative effect on the properties but in favour of the quality of moulds and castings, which provides reliable technical evidence for foundry sand reclamation.
