压电陶瓷驱动器非线性的电源补偿研究

摘    要:针对谐振型压电陶瓷驱动器的非线性,采用电压补偿法,设计并研究了一种由单片机控制的闭环反馈、修改、生成波形数据,开不生成驱动波形的数字化电源系统。实验表明,此电源系统能很好地对原始驱动波形进行修正,使驱动器相对原始驱动波形信号是一个线性系统。

Abstract:As to the non-l inearity of resonant piezoelectric actua tors,a digital power system controlled b y monolithic processor is designed and d eveloped by way of voltage compensation. It can provide strain feedback for actua tors,modify original driving wave data,p roduce new wave data in close-loop and l ayout driving wave in open cycle.The res ult of experiments shows that this power system can successfully modify the orig inal driving wave data and make actuator s used as a linear system for original d riving wave.
