铁电陶瓷相和内电极的层间互作用及界面类型

摘    要:借助于透射、扫描电子显微镜和能谱X射线(EDAX),对弛豫铁电陶瓷和银钯电极组成的多层共烧体系中的界面互作用进行了研究。观察到明显的互扩散现象存在于异相层间界面。阶电极中的银离子外,陶瓷中部分金属阳离子向电极中也有一定的扩散。X射线衍射的分析表明共烧过程中界面发生了化学反应,有新相生成。此外,实验结果还揭示了界面的物理化学作用对多层样品的微结构产生了一定的影响。铁电相和共烧界面的类型为扩攻型化合物

Abstract:This paper inve stigated the interfacial interaction in the relaxor ferroelectric-silver/palladi um cofired system by TEM,SEM and EDAX.It is observed that an evident interdifusi on exists at the interfaces.Except for t he silver ions in Ag/Pd electrodes,a par t of metallic ions in the ceramics tends to diffusion into the electrode.X-ray a nalyses indicates that the chemical reac tiouns take place between these two laye rs during the cofiring and that the new phases were formed.In addition,the resul ts also demonstrate that the physical an d chemical interaction have an effect on the microstructure of a multilayer samp le,and that the kind of the interface be tween ferroelectrics and Ag/Pd is an int egration of diffusion and compound type.
