| 摘 要： | 民航国际电报编码有ITA2和IA5两种编码,为实现民航电报报文的正常解析,电报报文解析软件必须得实现ITA2和IA5两种国际电报编码之间的相互转换,介绍了如何利用VB语言高效快捷地实现ITA2和IA5两种编码之间的相互转换,方法新颖、简单、独特,对于各类电报解析软件具有极高的借鉴使用价值。

| Abstract: | ITA 2 and IA5 are the two types of International Telegraph Code in Civil Aviation.To achieve the analysis of the telegraph message in Civil Aviation,ITA 2 and IA5 should be converted in Telegraph Message Analysis Software.The thesis presents how to use VB language to achieve the conversion between ITA 2 and IA5.The method is innovative,simple and unique with a high reference value for all kinds of telegraph analysis software. |
